The Aesthetics of Slowness
An identity system for an exhibition idea that was inspired by two works from the RISD Museum collection: “America” by Agnes Martin and “Lounge Chair” by George Nakashima. The exhibition would feature artistic works for which time is both subject and medium. The typographic identity underscores the theme by slowing down the reading process. This project was created for Typography 2 under the direction of Lucy Hitchcock.
